Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged during delivery or have a manufacturing defect.
Customers must inform us within 7 days of receiving the product.
The machine must be unused and returned with all original accessories, manuals, invoices, and packaging.
Customized, made-to-order, or specially manufactured machines cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Used or installed machines.
Machines damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or negligence.
Machines modified or repaired by unauthorized persons.
Spare parts, consumables, and customized products.
Refund Policy
After receiving the returned product, our technical team will inspect it.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Shipping, installation, and service charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
If a machine has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transportation, we will repair or replace it after inspection.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product received.
